FRONT FINISH
The finish of the product is the surface with veneer. The veneer has small cracks, cams and beautiful flaws, which help create a natural and rustic look.
MDF SLATS
We use black MDF, Environmental protection Class E0, with 850kg/M3 high density, the blackest color in Australia.
ACOUSTICAL FELT AND INSULATION
The bottom of the product is polyester fiber. It is good acoustic and decorative material with characteristics of environmental friendly, heat insulation, mildew resistant, easy cutting, easy removal and simple installation.
Premium Version available with a 3-sided Veneer (at extra cost) - Triple Surround Panel with WRAPPED SLATS. All sides of the slats are fully protected - no exposed MDF

How to Install
Easy to install semi-rigid and lightweight panels. Bond directly to wall with Liquid Nails (Or similar high grab adhesive) or use 35mm x 3.5mm screws to fix directly through the felt backing. Cut panels to size across the width using a fine-toothed handsaw or slice felt vertically with a sharp utility knife.

Recycled Black Felt
The acoustical felt is made from recycled material which is certified in accordance with the requirements of Global Recycle Standards(GRS)
E0 class black MDF
The wood slats are made from MDF board which is certified by Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)
